Health and Safety is our primary concern during work that we carry out. A safe place to work is a must for all, including all waste removal and protection.

Risk and Method Statements for every job ensure that any risk is properly evaluated and planned for, before the work begins.

We ensure that MJS Homes employees and sub-contractors are inducted correctly, wear the correct protection at all times and have a safe environment to work in.

Where required professional reports (structural evaluations etc) will be carried out to minimise any discoveries during a project which could result in additional cost and health risks to the workers and the public.

All the specialized services such as electrical and gas works are certified and checked.
